On 25 May 2018, new data protection legislation comes into force as a result of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons as regards the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC(hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

within the meaning of natural persons conducting business activity) and designated representatives of entities being natural persons.
