- each client is assigned an NCK GRUPA supervisor, acting as their MANAGER,
- we own the Internet platform of the Technical Help Desk with a database, which allows you to view information about your facilities as regards data on the number of failures, costs thereof, access to reports, maintenance and measurement; this system simplifies the circulation of documents.
